Frequently asked questions
In the south-west of Mallorca, in Costa de la Calma, about 20 minutes from Palma. A quiet residential area – and still only 20 minutes by taxi to Palma's restaurants.
Up to 8. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; two bedrooms share a bathroom. There would be room for 10, but we only rent to 8 so everyone has space.
A five-minute walk. Down there is a beach bar with good food, and you jump into the sea from the rocks. Afterwards you walk back up and have your peace.
Yes. You can still swim in October, and in winter it is often 18 degrees. The terrace has sun all day – it rises in the east and sets straight into the sea in the west. From September to May, on a clear day, it sets right behind Ibiza, visible from the jacuzzi.
Yes. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the house. I ran many workshops here with my company Maydays: the house is big enough for everyone to work on their own – and in the evening you cook together, inside or in the outdoor kitchen.
Road and mountain biking straight into the hills, hiking, golf, tennis in Peguera, cross riding in Santa Ponsa. The island is made for sport – especially outside high season.
Because you have the place to yourselves. As a couple it is a rare luxury, as a group of friends it is fun, as a team you can work in peace. In a hotel there is always a crowd around you.
